Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 14, 2026
Isitqday is a website operated by JemzApps LLC, a California limited liability company ("we"). The site has no accounts, no sign-ups, and no forms. This Privacy Policy explains the limited information collected when you visit, why, and who else is involved.
1. What we collect
We collect three things:
- Analytics data — pages viewed, approximate location (city/country), browser and device type, and referring site, collected by Google Analytics 4 for visitors outside the EEA and the UK only. GA4 does not log or retain IP addresses.
- Server logs — standard request logs (country, user agent, request path, timestamp, response status) generated by our hosting provider when your browser requests a page. These do not include IP addresses.
- Email correspondence — if you email us, we will have whatever you send us (your email address, your message, and any attachments).
2. Cookies and similar technologies
Google Analytics sets cookies (typically _ga and related identifiers) to distinguish unique visitors and sessions. We do not set any other tracking cookies of our own. Visitors in the EEA and the UK are not tracked at all — Google Analytics is never loaded for them, so no analytics cookie is set and no request is made to Google. There is no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to. To make that decision we set one functional cookie that carries no cross-site identifier and requires no consent: qday_geo (a two-letter country code, used only to decide whether analytics loads). We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) and "Do Not Track" browser signals — when either is present, analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on.
3. Third-party services
Loading the site causes your browser to make requests to two third-party services:
- Google Analytics — receives usage data for aggregate traffic measurement, and is not loaded at all for visitors in the EEA and the UK. GA4 uses your IP address only transiently to derive coarse location and does not log or store it.
- Google Fonts — serves the Libre Franklin web font and receives your IP when your browser fetches it.
Each provider has its own privacy policy.
4. How we use information
We use the data above to understand how much traffic the site receives and which content people read, to keep the site working and secure, and to respond when someone contacts us. We do not build advertising profiles, we do not sell or share personal information, and we do not disclose it to anyone except (a) the service providers listed above, who process data on our behalf, and (b) where required by law.
5. Data retention
Request logs are retained for one year. Analytics data is retained only as long as needed for operational and trend analysis. Email correspondence is kept as long as it remains useful or as required by law.
6. Your choices and rights
You can browse the site without providing any personally identifiable information. To prevent analytics collection: enable Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, block cookies, install Google's opt-out add-on, or use a content blocker. Visitors in the EEA and the UK need do nothing — analytics is not loaded for them at all. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA — including access, deletion, correction, and the right to know what categories of personal information are collected — exercisable by emailing the address below. We do not sell or share personal information.
7. Children
The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last updated" date above.
9. Contact
Questions or requests regarding this policy can be sent to contact@jemzapps.com.
