Privacy Policy

Isitqday is a website operated by JemzApps LLC, a California limited liability company ("we"). The site has no accounts, no sign-ups, and no forms. This Privacy Policy explains the limited information collected when you visit, why, and who else is involved.

1. What we collect

We collect three things:

• Analytics data — pages viewed, approximate location (city/country), browser and device type, and referring site, collected by Google Analytics 4 for visitors outside the EEA and the UK only. GA4 does not log or retain IP addresses.
• Server logs — standard request logs (country, user agent, request path and query string, referrer, timestamp, response status) generated by our hosting provider when your browser requests the site. The stored logs do not include IP addresses or cookie values.
• Email correspondence — if you email us, we will have whatever you send us (your email address, your message, and any attachments).

2. Cookies and similar technologies

Google Analytics sets cookies (typically _ga and related identifiers) to distinguish unique visitors and sessions where GA4 is enabled. We do not set any other tracking cookies of our own. For visitors in the EEA and the UK, Google Analytics is not loaded, so we do not set GA4 analytics cookies or send their activity to GA4. Ordinary hosting request logs are still generated, as described above. We do not offer an analytics-consent option to EEA/UK visitors because GA4 is disabled for them. To make that decision we set a functional cookie, qday_geo, containing a two-letter country code (not a unique visitor identifier); it expires after one year and is refreshed on HTML responses. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) and "Do Not Track" browser signals — when either is present, GA4 is not loaded and no GA4 cookies are set. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on.

3. Third-party services

Depending on your location and browser settings, loading the site may cause your browser to make requests to these third-party services:

• Google Analytics — receives usage data for aggregate traffic measurement, and is not loaded at all for visitors in the EEA and the UK. GA4 uses your IP address only transiently to derive coarse location and does not log or store it.
• Google Fonts — serves the Libre Franklin web font and receives your IP when your browser fetches it.

Each provider has its own privacy policy.

4. How we use information

We use the data above to understand how much traffic the site receives and which content people read, to keep the site working and secure, and to respond when someone contacts us. We do not build advertising profiles, we do not sell or share personal information, and we do not disclose it to anyone except (a) the service providers listed above, who process data on our behalf, and (b) where required by law.

5. Data retention

Request logs are retained for one year. Analytics data is retained only as long as needed for operational and trend analysis. Email correspondence is kept as long as it remains useful or as required by law.

6. Your choices and rights

You can browse the site without creating an account or submitting a form; ordinary request logs are still generated. To prevent GA4 collection: enable Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, block cookies, install Google's opt-out add-on, or use a content blocker. Visitors in the EEA and the UK need do nothing to prevent GA4 collection — it is not loaded for them. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA — including access, deletion, correction, and the right to know what categories of personal information are collected — exercisable by emailing the address below. We do not sell or share personal information.

7. Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last updated" date above.
